If the product bought is defective or faulty we offer a full 100% money back guarantee.
RETURNS DAMAGED or INCORRECTLY SHIPPED GOODS
The goods must be returned to Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd within 21 days from the delivery date in the condition they were received. In the event of a complaint please email us on ruthwhiteyogasales@gmail.com
If the item arrives damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us we will arrange for replacement, or refund according to your wishes.
We will supply a return carrier label unless it is a small item that can be sent by post with the Royal Mail.
All returns must include the invoice number and your customer contact details. If products are returned without these details we are unable to match the products with your original order.
INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS
If goods have been ordered incorrectly by the buyer or the buyer changes their mind and does not want the goods for any reason, we must be notified within 10 working days of receipt, goods will need to be returned subject to authorisation from our sales staff in pristine un-used condition in their original packaging, return carriage is paid for by the customer and the original shipping fee WILL NOT be refunded.
If the carrier company attempt to deliver an item and leave a "while you were out" card or SMS message and the buyer fails to collect the item from the carrier depot or fails to arrange for a re-delivery we will only refund the cost of the goods and the original shipping fee paid WILL NOT be refunded. Where carriers charge a return to sender fee, we reserve the right to deduct this fee from the buyer's product refund total.
PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Bespoke lengths / specially cut Yoga Mats which are cut to the customers desired length or width, which then cannot be re-sold as a standard product, cannot be returned.
For Health and Safety reasons, products such as Eye Pillows, Tongue Scrapers and Neti Pots, which are sealed for hygiene reasons or used on open parts of the body, cannot be returned. Once the bag seal has been opened we cannot accept them back. The only reason we will accept these products back is if they are faulty, broken or the wrong item has been sent out.
PRODUCT COLOUR DISCLAIMER
For technical reasons connected with colour reproduction and media limitations of computer or mobile device screens, the colours shown may not be an exact representation of the actual product. The reason for this is that each computer and its display shows colours slightly differently.
If you are unhappy with the colour of a product, we must be notified within 10 working days of receipt, goods. CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
Christmas returns policy 2026 - goods purchased from now, 20th November 2026 until close of business for Christmas can be returned up to 21st January 2027.
