Made exclusively for Ruth White Yoga Products in the United Kingdom, this soft, warm and heavy extra-long (200cm) fleece yoga blanket has complementary stitching. It is made from 100% polyester spun-poly lambskin anti-pill fleece that will not bobble over time.
This yoga prop can be used in a number of different postures. You can place the blanket under your head or fold the blanket up to allow additional lift and height in seated forward (Paschimottanasana) and shoulder stands (Salamba Sarvangasana). It is an ideal prop to cover up during Savasana or to wrap around you during meditation to keep you warm.
Machine washable at 40°C. Short spin but do not wring
