They are a quality Mat material offering good cushioning which is well-suited for sitting and standing, especially if you have wooden or tiled floors with the textured side on the top and smooth side on the floor. These Mat Squares can also be washed in the washing machine, making them perfect for using with children.

The material used for these Yoga Activity Squares are certified toxin and phthalate free according to the strict standards of ÖKO-TEX Standard 100 P.1 Certificate (Baby Standard) Certificate No.Ref. No. 48325.

Machine washable at 30 degrees, but NEVER spin or put it in the tumble dryer.
