180cm Premier Studio Yoga Mat

The Oeko-Tex 180cm (1.8m) Premier Yoga Studio Mats are quality mats offering a good balance and traction with excellent cushioning and grip whilst remaining easy to roll up. The Premier Yoga Mat is particularly thick, abrasion resistant, flexible and shock absorbing, which is well-suited for sitting and standing asanas. This mat is ideal to use especially if you have wooden or tiled floors. It is textured on the top and smooth on the other side.

You can machine wash your Premier Yoga Mat at a maximum of 30C on the hand wash cycle, but NEVER spin or put it in the tumble dryer as this will damage the mat. For machine washing, we recommend a washing machine with a capacity of at least 7 kg.

Since PVC is easy to clean and durable, the Premier Yoga Mat is also perfectly suited for outdoor yoga practice.

2 x EVA Blocks 

Available in non-toxic, scratch-resistant first grade YogaMad EVA polyethylene foam, which is light and durable with 3mm chamfered edges. Their dense quality means they are strong enough to support yoga postures, yet soft enough to be comfortable. Ideal to support the body in many yoga postures, for example Sukhasana (Simple Cross Legs), Virasana (Hero Pose) (twist), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Bridge Pose – supported), Halasana and Ardha Halasana (Plough and Half Plough Pose) and Salamba Sarangasana (supported Shoulder Stand).

Durable, Hi-Density Yoga Bricks in Purple, Blue, Grey and Burgundy Red. Ideal for balancing postures like Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon pose) and Utthita Trikonasana (Extended Triangle pose) when reaching the floor is difficult and supporting the crown of the head in Prasarita Padottanasana (Forward Extention Legs Wide Apart). These Yoga Bricks are suitable for all.
