The Ampio Yoga Mat is particularly thick, abrasion resistant, flexible and shock absorbing, which is well-suited for sitting and standing asanas. This mat is ideal to use especially if you have wooden or tiled floors. It is textured on the top and smooth on the other side.

This AMPIO Yoga Mat colour is at a special price as the colour is being phased out by the manufacturer. It has been a favourite colour for over 10 years but is now being replaced by the new Plum Berry colour during 2025.

You can machine wash your AMPIO Yoga Mat at 30C, but NEVER spin or put it in the tumble dryer. Please note: with a lot of sweat or humidity the non-slip properties of the mat can be reduced because the mat does not absorb moisture and a film of sweat can lead to less grip on the mat.
